This is a full-time, on-site role for a Geospatial Equipment Sales Consultant, based at Copt Hewick, Ripon. As a Geospatial Sales Consultant at Tri-Site, you will be responsible for maximising sales of CHCNAV’s world-leading geospatial solutions within your territory. This includes GNSS units, total stations, 3D laser scanning, marine survey systems, UAVs, and mobile mapping solutions. This is a consultative, technically focused sales role, ideal for someone who understands surveying workflows and wants to build a rewarding career in sales without losing technical credibility. Surveyors, engineers, and geomatics professionals looking to move into sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Generate monthly sales to meet revenue and gross margin targets
- Create, manage, and deliver against structured sales plans
- Identify, nurture, and close new sales opportunities
- Demonstrate the benefits of CHCNAV geospatial equipment to potential users
- Balance existing customer management with proactive prospecting
- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting
- Consult with clients to understand their geospatial equipment needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in geospatial technology
Requirements
- Experience in a surveying or construction-related field (e.g. setting out, engineering, or topographical surveying)
- Strong desire to develop within a sales environment
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Geomatics, surveying, or engineering degree or a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience
- Experience in a technical or consultative sales role
