My client based in Teddington requires a Planning Manager to manage the planning and administration team across their repairs contract. Duties include reporting on performance accurately ensuring stakeholders are aware of contract performance on a monthly basis, and working with other teams to achieve a high standard of service to customers, making sure that targets are met and action is taken to improve where needed. You’ll have experience working in social housing repairs in a similar role, with the ability to manage a team and work with stakeholders to deliver an excellent service, as well as experience in setting goals with an eye for identifying where improvements can be made.
