A Housing Association is currently looking for an Administrator on a temporary basis for about 6 weeks.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and wider department
- Liaise with Local Authorities regarding council tax queries
- Communicate with utility companies to resolve billing and account queries
- Raise Purchase orders via D365 (MyFinance) system
- Process new tenancies, ensuring all documentation and checks are completed
- Manage the ending of tenancies, including coordination of notices, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and internal communications
- Assist with general coordination and minute taking
- Maintain organised records and ensure information is up to date
- Support colleagues at all levels with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Essential requirements:
- Must have a strong consistent administrative background preferably in Housing
- Excellent coordination, communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities
- Proven minute-taking experience
- Must be immediately available or on short notice
