Team Administrator

A leading Housing Association is currently for a Team Administrator on a temporary basis for about 6 months+\\n\\nKey responsibilities are as follows:\\n\\nSupport the work of the Deputy Group Director and Heads including secretarial and administrative support as appropriate\\n\\nUndertake regular weekly and daily tasks as required such as managing group inboxes responding to internal business enquiries and external stakeholders, including residents\\n\\nLog complaints and enquiries\\n\\nCo-ordinate the department plan ensuring information is up to date on the intranet and that key achievements are recognised\\n\\nSupport our programme of customer surveys and feedback, including daily data uploads and basic analysis\\n\\nAct as ICT administrator/super-user for key systems in the department, including being sub-editor for our intranet\\n\\nOrganise internal and external meetings and events as required, including drafting agendas, booking rooms and refreshments, dealing with invitations and responses, collecting visitors and typing minutes.\\n\\nProduce purchase orders and manage invoicing and payment processes, both manually and through the finance purchase order system\\n\\nProvide team with or support team to provide data or business information reports as and when required.\\n\\nProvide cover and support for members of the team who are out of the office or on leave\\n\\nTo lead on specific projects or events and undertake any other duties necessary to support the work of the department, as directed.\\n\\nPAYE £19.38 and Umbrella £25.47\\n\\nThis is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home\\n\\nEssential requirements\\n\\nMust have a consistent background in administration for at least two years, ideally within a housing environment but not essential\\n\\nExcellent on Word & Excel\\n\\nMust be immediately available or on short notice
