The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to take on a senior position with the business. In this role you will be responsible for all fire risk assessment services, offer senior support to a team of fire risk assessors and deal with any escalated enquiries. This is a home based position, however you will be expected to travel to site and head office on a regular basis. You will need to be Tier 3/Advanced level on the NFRAR and have a working knowledge of carrying out FRA's in complex buildings. Some previous experience of team management would be an advantage but not essential.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Act as the senior FRA - support the junior team and manage all advanced level work/enquiries
- Support with coaching, mentoring and succession planning for the team
- Working with the service team, manage the work flow
- Engage and lead on fee earning projects
- Carry out any required FRA's
What are we looking for from you?
- Tier 3/Advanced NFRAR (essential)
- Previous experience carrying out complex FRA's
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required
- Deliver projects on time and to standard
- Fire safety qualification
- Recognised professional membership such as IFE or IFSM
- Previous management/team lead experience (advantage)
