A large Housing Association is looking for a number Property Management Executives on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months in West London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have the required authority, budget, skills and support to creatively address the housing needs of residents.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents and personally account for delivering services to the residents in a small area patch.
  • Manage service charge estimates, collect rent and service charges, order and manage repairs, manage estate and deal with tenancy or neighbourhood issues that arise.
  • Where appropriate, work with external managing agents for the delivery of company standards and deliver services locally where possible.
  • Meet residents annually to identify their priorities for the year, take ownership for getting the job done and keep residents updated on progress.
  • When issues arise that cannot be dealt with directly, work on behalf of residents and with other stakeholders to engage internal and external services, retaining responsibility and ensuring agreed actions are taken.

Hourly Rate

PAYE: £21.59 and Umbrella: £28.56

Essential Requirements

  • Ideally has experience in property management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent proficiency in Word & Excel.
  • Must be immediately available or on short notice.
  • Must be able to work in West London.
