Our client is leading within the financial services industry and with growth they are now recruiting for an experienced M&A Adviser - ideally to lead the team. This is a pivotal role for the business and you will lead M&A and private equity transactions, providing strategic guidance to business owners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end delivery of M&A and investment transactions
  • Advise clients on positioning their businesses for either sale or investment
  • Structure deals and manage complex negotiations
  • Build relationships with business owners and stakeholders
  • Develop solutions in line with client objectives

  • Extensive experience in Mergers and acquisitions
