This is a busy, full-time role supporting a senior conveyancer within the residential property team. You will be required to:
- Manage conveyancing files from start to finish
- Handle all paperwork
- Draft contracts
- Carry out property searches
- Check mortgage offers
- Prepare all matters for completion and post completion
- Deal directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
