We’re looking for a Fire Risk Officeron a 3 month temporary basis.

You’ll manage passive fire safety contractors, oversee fire risk actions from start to finish, and make sure works are delivered on time, to standard and in line with legislation. This role is ideal for someone confident in contract management, stakeholder engagement and fire safety compliance.

What you’ll do

* Manage and track fire risk actions through to completion

* Oversee performance of passive fire safety contractors

* Lead contract review meetings, reviewing KPIs and health & safety

* Provide fire safety guidance to colleagues, contractors and residents

* Manage financial processes including purchase orders and payments

* Ensure works deliver value for money and meet budget expectations
