We are recruiting for a proactive Team Administrator to support a busy training team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and clerical skills, ensuring the smooth operation of bookings, scheduling and general administrative tasks. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient administrative processes and providing exceptional support to team members.
Duties
- Manage inboxes to book training courses and events
- Scheduling of training events
- Managing waiting lists for upcoming training events and programmes
- Update website with training dates
- Upload all delegate information into system and manage results from courses/training
- Raise purchase order numbers and issue invoices
- Join weekly meetings to update on delegate numbers, feedback reporting and general updates for the team
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
You will be required to travel from time to time for this position therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
