What we’re looking for in our General Manager:
- Experienced in the fast‑paced world of high‑volume restaurants.
- Solid grasp of hospitality management.
- Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Understand the nitty‑gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
