Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurants.
  • In‑depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
  • Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances to ensure optimal utilisation and efficiency.
  • Understanding of hospitality management.
  • Awareness of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of health and safety and licensing laws.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Willingness to share last five years of experience (work, education, personal) and to undergo a criminal record check.
