What we’re looking for in our Senior General Manager…
- Experience leading complex, high‑volume or multi‑site hospitality operations
- Strong commercial skills with full ownership of P&L and KPIs
- A confident, inspiring leader with a passion for developing future talent
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Licensing
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced airport environment with early starts
- Able to account for the last 5 years of work, education or personal history, and complete a criminal record check
