Qualifications
- Experienced in high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurants
- In‑depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances
- Understanding of hospitality management
- Awareness of P&L and KPIs
- Knowledge of health, safety and licensing laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to share your last five years of experience and to undergo a criminal record check
