What we’re looking for in our Deputy General Manager:

  • Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
  • Solid grasp of hospitality management.
  • Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
  • Excel in communication and leadership skills.
  • Awesome at organising and multitasking.
  • Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
