Reporting to the CTO, you’ll be their most senior technology report, playing a key role across a 70+ person technology function. This is not a hands-on coding role. You’ll lead established software and data engineering teams, with responsibility for:
- Owning technology strategy across key product lines
- Unlocking greater value from unique data assets
- Partnering with Product and Commercial leadership
- Driving resilience, scalability and security
- Guiding architecture alongside senior engineers
- Developing Engineering Managers and technical talent
