We're supporting a fast-growing, AI-native consultancy that's building a modern product engineering function from the ground up. This isn't a traditional Delivery Manager role. You'll join a small, high-calibre Product & Engineering team building AI-powered internal and client-facing products. They're looking for someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity, keep multiple workstreams moving, and help shape how the team operates as they scale. If you're someone who enjoys building process rather than policing it, you'll fit right in.

Day Rate: £Competitive

Contract: Initial 6 months

Location: Mayfair, London (3–4 days per week)

Start: ASAP (happy to wait a couple of weeks for the right person)

  • Drive delivery across multiple product initiatives
  • Own delivery reporting, milestones and risk management
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuously improve ways of working
  • Help a growing engineering team ship software faster without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy

Experience delivering software products within Product & Engineering teams. Strong agile experience in modern product environments. Bonus if you've worked around AI, developer tooling or engineering platforms. This role will suit people who've worked in AI, B2B SaaS, FinTech or other high-growth technology businesses.
