This is one of those rare ground-floor opportunities - you'd be joining as a Founding AI Software Engineer, reporting directly to the founder, and shaping everything from the architecture to the culture. They're an early-stage startup building an AI-powered enterprise platform, on a mission to make large organisations dramatically more efficient using cutting-edge LLM technology. You won't be maintaining someone else's codebase. You'll be building something from scratch.

What you'll own:

  • Full-stack platform development (Next.js, React, Tailwind)
  • LLM infrastructure and AI pipeline design
  • Database architecture (PostgreSQL)
  • The technical vision - you'll have real say here

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in software development with hands-on LLM experience (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar)
  • Someone who thinks like a product person, not just an engineer
  • Comfort with Docker, Kubernetes, and the modern cloud stack
  • A genuine obsession with where AI is headed
