We're supporting a fast-growing, AI-native consultancy that's building a modern product engineering function from the ground up. This isn't a traditional Delivery Manager role. You'll join a small, high-calibre Product & Engineering team building AI-powered internal and client-facing products. They're looking for someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity, keep multiple workstreams moving, and help shape how the team operates as they scale. If you're someone who enjoys building process rather than policing it, you'll fit right in.

The Opportunity

  • Day Rate: £Competitive
  • Contract: Initial 6 months
  • Location: Mayfair, London (3–4 days per week)
  • IR35: Expected Outside IR35
  • Start: ASAP (happy to wait a couple of weeks for the right person)

What you'll be doing

  • Drive delivery across multiple product initiatives
  • Remove blockers and manage dependencies across Product & Engineering
  • Own delivery reporting, milestones and risk management
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuously improve ways of working
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders
  • Help a growing engineering team ship software faster without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy

What we're looking for

  • Experience delivering software products within Product & Engineering teams
  • Strong agile experience in modern product environments
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Able to influence without relying on hierarchy
  • Pragmatic, low ego and highly collaborative
