We're supporting a fast-growing, AI-native consultancy that's building a modern product engineering function from the ground up. This isn't a traditional Delivery Manager role. You'll join a small, high-calibre Product & Engineering team building AI-powered internal and client-facing products. They're looking for someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity, keep multiple workstreams moving, and help shape how the team operates as they scale. The Opportunity
- Day Rate: £Competitive
- Contract: Initial 6 months
- Location: Mayfair, London (3–4 days per week)
- IR35: Expected Outside IR35
- Start: ASAP (happy to wait a couple of weeks for the right person)
What you'll be doing
- Drive delivery across multiple product initiatives
- Remove blockers and manage dependencies across Product & Engineering
- Own delivery reporting, milestones and risk management
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuously improve ways of working
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders
- Help a growing engineering team ship software faster without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy
