As a Business Developer at The Retail Group Holdings, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and expansion in the global retail space design and architectural market. Your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the retail and architectural sectors globally.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enter new markets and expand our presence in existing markets.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, including retailers, developers, and other stakeholders in the design and architecture industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with major existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for additional engagements.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and incorporated into project proposals.
- Collaborate with other team members to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business development strategies, including things like the company website and social media platforms, including the development and maintenance of all marketing materials (portfolios, qualifications packages, brochures, etc.)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to upper management using key account metrics.
- Promote the business with prominent industry speaking engagements, panel discussions, competitions and others. Organise regular programming events to draw new groups and prospective partners into the studio.
