Account Executive | SaaS prop-tech | London
Salary: Base up to £60k, OTE up to £110k + equity
Hybrid: 4 days in the office
We are partnered with a well-funded, early-stage startup building AI software for the property management industry. Their platform automates a large share of the day-to-day operational admin that slows down property teams - communications, compliance workflows, maintenance coordination and scheduling, so property businesses can run with the efficiency of a modern digital platform.
THE ROLE
This is a full-cycle, dial-to-demo-to-close role for an early-stage seat at this prop-tech company, which is already live with pilot customers, seeing strong demand and scaling fast. Working closely with founders and the core team to shape how the business grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work a target list, making 40+ quality dials a day
- Run live product demos, closing deals or landing paid trials
- Carry the customer journey from signature to delivery
- Feed every call back into the playbook: scripts, objections, pricing logic, what closes and what stalls
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A fast, full-cycle closer: dial to demo to close in the same week
- Hands-on experience with AI, used to improve and automate workflows
- A proven track record of excellence: quota attainment, deals signed, logos closed
- Commercially minded: comfortable building and defending an ROI case in pounds saved per week
- Industry background in PropTech sales, or property-adjacent businesses a plus
- Competitive base salary up to £60k + uncapped commission
- Based in a London office four days a week.
