The Real Greek Southampton is seeking a Prep Chef to join our kitchen team. You will help prep dishes, open your section, and support the Senior Chef to ensure smooth service while upholding our standards of quality and flavour.
You’ll work with the team to maintain high hygiene, follow DOT labeling and FIFO rotation, and adapt to menu changes. Excellent communication and flexibility are essential to thrive in a fast-paced, guest‑centred environment.
