The Real Greek is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our grill and kitchen team in London.

You will assist in day-to-day management, ensure smooth operations, and maintain the highest cooking standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supporting Head/Sous Chef, managing daily orders, controlling stock and wastage, and keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.

Previous grill, prep or CDP experience is preferred.
