The Role
We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our growing global team. Sitting at the intersection of data, process, and people, you will play a key role in turning complex revenue data into clear insights, removing operational friction across our go‑to‑market (GTM) teams, and helping build the systems and cadences that drive predictable, scalable growth. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and wants to make a meaningful impact across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
Cross‑Functional Program Management
- Partner across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to identify revenue risks, removeoperational friction, and implement scalable solutions.
- Support the development and execution of GTM programs, ensuring alignment on messaging,playbooks, and team activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate core operating cadences - including forecasting reviews, global sales calls, and QBRs, maintaining visibility into business performance and surfacing key trends to leadership.
- Champion adoption of new and existing processes, ensuring all customer‑facing roles are equipped tooperate effectively within the revenue system.
Process Optimisation
- Define, standardise, and continuously improve GTM processes across the full customer lifecycle, fromtop of funnel through post‑sale.
- Drive operational rigour across GTM teams by ensuring consistent adoption of defined processes,playbooks, and enablement programmes.
- Document frameworks and publish learnings to build institutional knowledge and accelerate teamperformance.
- Organise and maintain revenue‑related collateral on behalf of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, andProduct.
Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain reporting across key revenue metrics including pipeline generation, pipeline health,forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and customer retention.
- Provide analytics and insights on funnel performance, win/loss trends, opportunity progression, andcustomer health.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that enable senior leadership to makeinformed, timely decisions.
- Implement and maintain data hygiene practices to ensure accuracy and reliability across all revenuedata.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar role within a B2B SaaSenvironment.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce (required) and HubSpot (preferred), including configurationto support evolving workflows and reporting needs.
- Familiarity with revenue operations tools such as Gong, Sales Intel, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with revenue attribution platforms (e.g. RevSure, Calibermind) is a plus.
- Passionate about leveraging AI to uncover deeper insights and work more efficiently.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly tosenior stakeholders.
- Strong cross‑functional collaborator with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously andbuild relationships across teams.
- Comfortable operating in unstructured environments; you bring order to chaos, not the other way around.
Salary Range
£40,000—£45,000 GBP
