The Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Modernisation and Enablement team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in administration and co-ordination who is looking to develop their career in a client-facing, project management environment. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring new clients are onboarded smoothly and efficiently onto TRG Screen's suite of products.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new TRG Screen clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, building strong relationships and managing expectations effectively.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update onboarding project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate client calls and meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.
  • Identify and elevate risks or blockers in a timely manner.
  • Support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Contribute to internal reporting on onboarding status and client progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Operations to ensure a smooth handover post-onboarding.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administration, operations, project coordination, or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience working within a SaaS, financial services, or data management environment.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding or implementation processes.
  • Experience working with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Asana).
