The Role: TRG Screen is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our team in Belfast. You'll be an integral part of our team, partnering closely with our HR Business Partner. This role is central to supporting day-to-day HR operations while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You'll work across a broad range of responsibilities; from managing and optimizing our HRIS and supporting payroll prep, to analyzing HR data and assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and updating employee records.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Help prepare documentation for audits, track compliance, and maintain absence records.
- Provide support with employee relations matters as needed.
- Respond to general HR queries from employees and escalate when necessary.
- Help maintain accurate data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HRIS questions and coordinate issue resolution.
- Collect and organize HR data to support reporting and analysis.
- Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or advisory role.
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and Excel.
- Familiarity with core HR processes and UK employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking and comfort working with data.
- A proactive, service-focused attitude with a desire to grow and learn.
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR and business teams as a reliable and supportive team player.
