You’ll be joining a fast-growing, London-based team operating at the intersection of gaming culture, brand strategy and data intelligence. Working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, the business helps organisations measure, analyse and grow their presence across gaming platforms and virtual environments. From immersive brand activations to always-on digital experiences, they provide the data, insight and tools that allow brands to make smarter decisions in this rapidly evolving space.

This role sits at the centre of client delivery. You will own day-to-day client relationships, lead project execution, and ensure every output meets a high bar for quality, clarity and strategic impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with insights, product and senior stakeholders to translate complex data into clear recommendations, helping clients make confident decisions across gaming and virtual environments. Alongside delivery, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to long-term account success.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day delivery across assigned client accounts
  • Build high-quality, client-ready presentations and outputs

  • Lead Client Relationships
    • Manage client interactions independently
    • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
    • Lead meetings confidently and handle operational queries

  • Drive Strategic Thinking
    • Support development of project strategies
    • Link client objectives to measurable KPIs
    • Turn analysis into clear, commercially relevant recommendations
  • Manage Projects End-to-End
    • Build structured project plans and timelines
    • Coordinate internal teams and dependencies
    • Identify risks early and propose solutions
    • Close projects with clear insights and next steps
  • Support Account Growth
    • Contribute to account planning and expansion
    • Identify opportunities to grow platform usage and services
    • Support senior team members on renewals and growth discussions
    What we’re looking for
    • Experience in client services, account management or strategic delivery within SaaS, agency, media or marketing environments
    • Strong understanding of, or genuine interest in, gaming, virtual worlds or digital communities
    • Confidence managing client relationships independently
    • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
    • Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insight
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organisational and project management ability
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
    • Confidence presenting to senior audiences
    • High attention to detail and ownership over output quality
    • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
