Role: Business Analyst Are you a naturally curious BA who loves diving into tangled systems, mapping out what’s really going on, and helping teams make smart, future-proof decisions? I\’m working with leading publisher, who are looking for a Business Analyst to help them untangle a complex tech stack behind their digital and print subscriptions — and drive a major simplification project. âš¡ Industry: Digital Media & Publishing Location: London Working Policy: Hybrid (3 days in the office) Company Size: 500 Interview Process: 1 stage Salary: £500 a day inside (IR35) Key Criteria: PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING ✅ You’re experienced working as a BA across digital platforms and multi-system environments ✅ You have hands-on experience with subscription-based businesses and understand the operational workflows behind them ✅ You’re confident documenting messy, legacy setups and simplifying complex data flows ✅ You’ve worked with paywall/subscription platforms before ✅ You’re comfortable liaising with third-party vendors, internal delivery and engineering teams ✅ Strong data flow mapping and data structure understanding – you’re comfortable digging into how systems pass information and where things break ✅ Analytical mindset – you know how to spot patterns, gaps, and inconsistencies across multiple sources ✅ Salesforce or CRM project experience – you’ve worked on similar integrations or transformations41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
