Up to £70,000, 3 days in London. trg is partnered with a publishing and media company who are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team. You will play a pivotal role in elevating the end-to-end customer experience across all digital touchpoints, crafting exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the design process from concept to implementation across websites, apps, newsletters and digital products.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with design leadership to remove roadblocks and direct decision-making, ensuring choices are grounded in data and UX best practices.
- Work alongside a cross-functional team and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our product.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in product design, with at least 2 in a senior level role.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and ambiguity.
- Ideally from an editorial or publishing background.
- Experience with design systems, tokens and atomic design principles.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
