Overview

A growing health-first organisation is expanding its internal security operations function and hiring a SOC Analyst to support a maturing security programme. This is a remote-first role (UK-based only), with the team coming together in London twice a year. You\’ll be joining a supportive environment that offers real progression, with several team members brought in last year moving into senior roles.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and responding to security alerts across a Microsoft-focused stack (Sentinel, Defender, M365)
  • Supporting the development of tooling and processes to improve detection and response
  • Working across both legacy systems and greenfield projects
  • Helping deliver services for highly regulated clients

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a SOC or security operations role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft security tools (Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, M365)
  • Comfortable working in or supporting regulated environments
  • Proactive mindset – spotting gaps and contributing to improvements
