As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll own the top of the funnel, driving new business opportunities with scaling UK-based consumer brands. This is not a volume-for-the-sake-of-it SDR role. You’ll be given autonomy, ownership, and the space to build a high-quality outbound motion, focused on meaningful conversations and commercial impact. You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders, gaining exposure to modern GTM strategy, consultative selling, and market positioning from day one.
- Identify and engage target accounts through multi-channel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)
- Build and execute tailored outreach strategies that cut through the noise
- Book high-quality discovery meetings with founders and senior operators
- Run structured discovery conversations focused on operational challenges, growth constraints, and commercial priorities
- Deliver strong handovers to Account Executives with clear context and next steps
