Operating within a multi-billion-pound global market, the business is addressing long-standing inefficiencies through a data-led, automation-first platform that enables smarter purchasing, better forecasting, and improved access to supplier networks and financing. With strong backing from leading investors and rapid customer adoption, the company is now scaling its commercial team across the UK and internationally. This is a chance to join at a genuine inflection point, where early hires will have a direct impact on growth, go-to-market strategy, and future team build-out.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll own the top of the funnel, driving new business opportunities with scaling UK-based consumer brands. This is not a volume-for-the-sake-of-it SDR role. You’ll be given autonomy, ownership, and the space to build a high-quality outbound motion, focused on meaningful conversations and commercial impact. You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders, gaining exposure to modern GTM strategy, consultative selling, and market positioning from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation
  • Identify and engage target accounts through multi-channel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)
  • Build and execute tailored outreach strategies that cut through the noise
