Step into a role where you can make a real impact on how a fast‑growing healthcare tech organisation delivers its products. As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will shape the entire QA approach, introduce smarter automation and raise testing standards across multiple teams.

You will own the testing strategy, work hands‑on where needed and guide a small team to deliver better, faster and more consistent quality. This is a chance to influence tools, processes and culture rather than inherit someone else’s way of working.

What you’ll do

• Lead and evolve the QA function, bringing structure and clarity to how testing is done.
• Drive automation and choose the tools that work best.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to embed quality earlier.
• Mentor testers and uplift capability across the board.

What you bring

• Strong background in manual and automated testing.
• Experience with frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Confidence to lead, coach and set high standards.
• Enjoy working in environments where you can fix problems, modernise practices and leave things better than you found them.
• Fully remote in the UK (applicants must have full right to work to be considered)
• Salary up to £55,000
• 2 stage interview process
