Job Title: Product Specialist (Audio & Music) Working Arrangement: Remote-first (ad-hoc site visits) Industry: Music & Entertainment Location: London Based Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus I’ve recently partnered up with a pioneering start-up in the live music and entertainment industry looking to bring on a Product Specialist to join their growing cross-functional team. In this role, you’d be: Liaising with customers to troubleshoot product issues Collect and transform customer feedback to inform new product features Global travel to ensure customer success at a variety of events (think festivals, live music events) You’re likely a good fit if: You have experience in the Audio & Music domain You have worked with Audio hardware (mixers, amps, etc.) You love the entertainment domain!
