A funded B2B technology platform is looking for a Marketing Manager to take real ownership of how they show up in the market. The company operates in a space where the commercial relationships are complex, and the product genuinely solves a problem, which gives you something worth marketing.

About the Role

This is a role for someone who has moved beyond purely executional work but isn't ready to step back from it yet. You will set the direction and then do a meaningful chunk of the work yourself. If you prefer to delegate everything, this probably is not the right fit.

Responsibilities

  • Driving inbound pipeline through a mix of channels, both paid and organic, with clear accountability for results
  • Taking the brand's voice and running with it across written, social, and audio content
  • Keeping the website sharp, from the copy through to how it converts visitors into leads
  • Translating campaign performance into clear commercial updates for a non-marketing audience
  • Building out the external presence through partnerships, press, and industry relationships
  • Bringing a point of view on the customer, not just the product

Qualifications

Your background likely includes:

  • Several years in a marketing role where you touched both strategy and delivery
  • Experience at a company where the sales cycle is complex and the buyer is a business, not a consumer
  • Comfort with data and the ability to back your decisions with it
  • A track record across more than one channel, not a single-channel specialist
  • Some experience in a younger, faster-moving company where the playbook was still being written
  • Exposure to supply chain, procurement, food, or FMCG markets would be a genuine plus
