As a Client Success & Expansion Manager, you will own the post-sale relationship with enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementation, driving adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities. This is a high-impact role combining strategic account management, technical consultation, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Own client relationships and drive satisfaction across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Oversee implementation and delivery of solutions, coordinating across internal teams
- Develop and execute engagement strategies including tutorials, workshops, and strategic reviews
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts
- Monitor account health, track success metrics, and implement improvement initiatives
