trg has partnered with one of the UK’s leading financial planning and wealth management businesses who are looking for a Business Analyst to join on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in bridging business objectives, customer experience, operational efficiency and technical delivery to help the organisation make informed decisions that support both short-term priorities and long-term strategy.
Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document and prioritise business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and backlog items
Analyse and optimise business processes to improve efficiency, value and performance
Translate evolving business needs into actionable insights, process models and data-driven recommendations
Support project delivery through testing, documentation, training and change adoption
Facilitate workshops, meetings and training sessions to drive collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Strong experience analysing complex systems and processes and designing streamlined target models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Confidence facilitating meetings, producing high-quality documentation and supporting business change
A collaborative, analytical and proactive mindset
Experience in Financial Planning or Financial Services is desirable
