We’re looking for an experienced analytics professional to lead subscription insights and growth strategies for a fast-moving media and digital publishing group. You’ll play a key role in shaping how data informs product, marketing, and retention decisions across multiple titles.
What you’ll do:
- Lead data analysis across the full subscriber lifecycle - from acquisition and engagement to churn and lifetime value.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that track core KPIs and drive business performance.
- Develop customer segmentation and predictive models to inform marketing and product strategy.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in analytics, ideally 6+ years in a subscription or customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Confident with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where collaboration and initiative are key.
Interview process: two stages.
Hybrid: three days per week in the office (Central London).
