IT Support Analyst

Senior Talent Consultant – trg.recruitment

We are working with a fast growing tech business in Central London known for its supportive culture and collaborative team environment. This role is ideal for someone earlier in their IT career who enjoys hands on support work and wants to develop their skills with modern tools, including AI. You will be part of an experienced internal support team and will receive guidance and structure while building confidence across day to day support tasks.

A key focus of the role is learning how AI tools can streamline IT support, reduce repetitive tickets and improve user experience. Curiosity about AI and a willingness to experiment is important, full expertise is not required.

Responsibilities

• Onsite IT support across macOS and Windows
• Joiner and leaver tasks such as device setup and account access
• BAU troubleshooting across laptops, accounts, permissions and common applications
• Supporting meeting rooms, AV and general office tech
• Working closely with HR and People Operations during onboarding periods
• Using AI tools to help draft solutions, documentation and simple automations
• Escalating more complex issues to senior team members while learning from them

Key experience needed

• Some commercial experience in IT support or service desk
• Comfortable supporting macOS or Windows devices
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Interest in AI tools and how they can improve IT support
• Clear and friendly communicator with non technical users
• Positive attitude toward structured processes and teamwork
• Experience with onboarding or account setup

Nice to have but not essential

• Exposure to Intune, JAMF or other MDM tools
• Hands on experience using AI tools in IT support (prompting, auto documentation, ticket triage, etc.)
• Up to £45,000 per year
• Training, mentoring and AI enablement provided
• Immediate starters prioritised
