Fully remote (UK based). A leading organisation within the healthcare and wellbeing sector is seeking an experienced Technical Programme Manager to oversee a large-scale technology transformation programme. This role will lead the delivery of a multi-year platform modernisation initiative within a complex, regulated environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, external vendors, and offshore resources to deliver a roadmap of platform improvements and digital service enhancements. The role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery management to ensure programmes progress at pace while maintaining operational stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of a multi-year platform modernisation and digital transformation programme.
  • Manage a team of engineers alongside third-party vendors and offshore delivery partners.
  • Establish and optimise delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, SAFe) suited to programme needs.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-vendor initiatives and manage cross-team dependencies.
