The Role

We're looking for a confident, experienced PMO Analyst to join a large, complex programme of work at a well-established company in Horsham. You'll be the dedicated PMO resource across multiple workstreams, serving as the connective tissue between delivery teams and senior leadership. This is a high-visibility role. Your outputs will land directly with the C-suite, so you'll need to be someone who takes pride in producing clear, credible, well-structured reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gathering status updates from multiple workstream leads (technical and business) and consolidating them into coherent programme-level reports
  • Managing and tracking cross-workstream dependencies
  • Maintaining rate and budget tracking
  • Producing clear, accurate reporting for the programme management team and C-suite stakeholders
  • Working closely with an experienced Programme Manager to keep the programme on track

What We're Looking For

  • Strong core PMO skills – this is not a technical role, but you need to be genuinely good at what you do
  • Proven experience producing management-level reporting in a complex, multi-workstream environment
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Keyed In is useful; JIRA experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Someone who can hit the ground running from day one
  • Confident, personable and able to build relationships quickly – this role requires someone who can engage stakeholders at all levels, so passive or purely process-driven candidates won't thrive here

Location & Commitment

The role requires 3 days per week in the Horsham office. Please ensure you're fully comfortable with this before applying – candidates must be genuinely committed to the on-site requirement.
