2-5 years commercial experience - £55k (rise on next raise at the end of 26) + equity. This is for someone with aspirations down the line to step into a Chief of Staff role. We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders of a high-growth, AI-native startup with Education at its core. Turning priorities into shipped work across product, growth, and operations. You’ll be in the middle of everything that matters. Next week you’re shaping GTM, closing partners, or building internal systems from scratch. This is for someone who moves fast, thinks clearly, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

What you’ll do:
