Enterprise Product Architect

📍 Location: London, Hybrid

💰 Rate: Up to £700 p/d

📆 Contract: 6 months (Outside IR35, potential to go perm)

We’re working with a stealth-mode AI-first consultancy that's rethinking what professional services can look like in a post-LLM world. The business is gearing up for launch, with a small founding team and big ambitions to challenge the Big Four with a modern, tech-led model.

They’re looking for a Product Management & Developer Director to shape the product and platform vision across internal tools and client solutions. This role sits at the heart of AI innovation, product strategy, and architecture — ideal for someone who can connect dots between business need and technical execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Owning the product and platform architecture strategy across the organisation

🔹 Driving modular, AI-first solutions with a focus on reusability and scalability

🔹 Leading adoption of LLMs, vector search, RAG, and agentic architectures

🔹 Collaborating with delivery teams to turn insights into productised accelerators

🔹 Shaping early product roadmaps while mentoring future PMs and developers

🔹 Partnering with architects and data leaders to ensure security, standardisation, and alignment

What You Need:

✔ 10+ years in product architecture, technical product leadership or platform development

✔ Strong understanding of LLMs, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG, and scalable AI features

✔ Experience building platforms and frameworks in early-stage or consultancy environments

✔ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align architecture with delivery strategy

✔ Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, MLOps tools (MLflow), and Power Platform

✔ A bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for building things right from the start
