As the company’s first DevOps hire, you will own the cloud platform, developer experience, and core infrastructure from day one. This is a hands-on platform leadership role where you will define the DevOps roadmap, build foundational tooling, shape engineering standards, and grow a high-performing team as the company scales.
Requirements- Proven Start Up experience leading DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering in modern cloud-native environments.
- Ideally experiences from an organisation with AI at its core.
- Deep technical capability across AWS/Azure and Kubernetes.
- Strong grounding in platform security.
- 3+ years at Principal or Lead level.
