We’re looking to hire a Talent Consultant, someone with experience in recruitment or a people‑focused role who enjoys finding, engaging, and supporting great talent and wants to build something brilliant within a collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative search strategies
• Conducting in-depth candidate interviews to understand skills, motivations, and career goals
• Managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer and onboarding
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver on hiring requirements with quality and care
