trg has partnered with one of the UK’s leading financial planning and wealth management businesses who are looking for a Business Analyst to join on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in bridging business objectives, customer experience, operational efficiency and technical delivery to help the organisation make informed decisions that support both short-term priorities and long-term strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document and prioritise business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and backlog items.
- Analyse and optimise business processes to improve efficiency, value and performance.
- Translate evolving business needs into actionable insights, process models and data-driven recommendations.
- Support project delivery through testing, documentation, training and change adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and training sessions to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience analysing complex systems and processes and designing streamlined target models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confidence facilitating meetings, producing high-quality documentation and supporting business change.
- A collaborative, analytical and proactive mindset.
- Experience in Financial Planning or Financial Services is desirable.
