Fully remote (Must be UK based). A leading provider of health and wellbeing services is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of digital platform improvements and product initiatives within a growing health technology environment.
In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear progress reporting to stakeholders. Working closely with product and technical leads, you will help foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence while ensuring adherence to relevant compliance and governance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of software and platform enhancements
- Supporting Agile teams through coaching and facilitation of Scrum/Kanban practices
- Maintaining delivery plans and tracking progress against milestones
- Managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Using delivery metrics to improve predictability and team performance
- Ensuring alignment with relevant data protection and information security standards
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in a Delivery Manager or similar Agile delivery role
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with cross-functional or distributed technical teams
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
- Experience with compliance or information security frameworks is desirable
