We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to sit within our Marketing team, working closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and wider sales team to generate and progress new opportunities. This is a hands‑on پس role that blends lead prospecting, sales enablement, content and website updates, and event support.

You’ll be comfortable switching between tasks, keeping activity organized in our CRM Salesforce, producing high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, and creating content for LinkedIn and the website.

Key responsibilities

Lead generation and marketing operations

  • Research target accounts and contacts to build high‑quality lead lists for SDR follow‑up.
  • Work closely with SDRs to support outbound activity, including list segmentation and campaign support.
  • Capture, maintain, and improve data quality within Salesforce (contacts, accounts, activity logging, campaign attribution).
  • Support lead handover processes and ensure follow‑up actions are clear and tracked.
  • Produce regular reporting and insights (e.g., pipeline contribution, lead source performance, campaign outcomes).

Sales enablement and presentations

  • Support the sales team with customer‑facing presentations, primarily in PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and improve core sales decks, templates, and вруч text such?

  • Help tailor presentation content for different audiences and verticals.

Website and content

  • Update website pages and content regularly (new pages, revisions, and improvements).
  • Create and publish content, including blog posts and supporting web assets.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather input and translate it into clear, customer‑friendly messaging.

LinkedIn and creative content

  • Create LinkedIn posts including writing captions and creating supporting visuals.
  • Maintain consistent brand quality across social imagery and campaign assets.

Events and trade shows

  • Support the planning and coordination of trade shows and events (logistics, collateral, follow‑up activity).
  • Assist with post‑event lead management, ensuring leads are logged, tracked, and progressed in Salesforce.

What you should bring

  • Experience in a marketing operations, marketing executive, or sales enablement role (or similar).
  • Confident using Salesforce or other CRM tools (contact/account management, campaigns, reporting,.nullish). Kindly keep live data and hamper? Actually keep original: \”contact/account management, campaigns, reporting, and general CRM hygiene\”.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication, able to create clear content for LinkedIn and website pages.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including building and polishing presentations to a professional standard.
  • Comfortable prospecting and researching contacts and companies, using tools and structured approaches.
  • High attention to detail, especially with data, brand consistency, and written content.
  • A proactive, can‑do mindset, you spot gaps and fix them rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Photoshop experience (or similar tools) for creating social imagery and campaign assets.
  • Graphic design ability for internal and external collateral (layout, typography, brand consistency).
  • Website CMS experience (updating pages, formatting, publishing content).
  • Basic SEO knowledge and content optimisation experience.
  • Experience supporting events and trade shows (planning, collateral, lead follow‑up).
  • Experience working alongside SDR teams, outbound activity, and lead handover processes.
  • Familiarity with marketing reporting and performance metrics (conversion rates, lead sources, campaign outcomes).
