The Real Greek Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will assist in day-to-day kitchen management, support Head Chef and Restaurant Manager, and help run the kitchen when Senior Chef is absent.
You will ensure food quality, hygiene and stock control, following FIFO/DOT systems and temp logs, while helping implement menu changes and maintaining a fast-paced, high-standard service environment.
