About The Job

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Manager to lead Trexo’s sales growth as we enter the UK market. This role will focus on direct sales to families and individual customers, helping them access Trexo’s life‑changing mobility technology. As one of the first team members responsible for sales in the UK, you will build our presence in this market, help families and professional partners navigate funding and access pathways, manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing sales, and support customers throughout the purchasing process. You will work closely with clinics, therapists, and healthcare professionals who support families in evaluating mobility solutions. This is a hands‑on sales role focused on building relationships with families, educating them about Trexo’s technology, and helping them navigate the purchasing journey. This position can be fully remote within the UK and will require travel for customer meetings and events.

About You

We seek a driven sales professional with a strong track record of direct customer sales, ideally in medical devices, rehabilitation technology, assistive technology, or other high‑value products. You are comfortable guiding customers through complex purchasing decisions and building trust with families making important decisions about care. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, enjoy building something new, and combine empathy and strong communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset and the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle with families interested in Trexo devices, from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Conduct consultations with families to understand their needs and explain Trexo’s technology and benefits.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in the UK market.
  • Guide families and professional partners through UK access pathways, including medico‑legal cases, charity applications, fundraising, and personal budget routes where applicable.
  • Liaise with solicitors, case managers, expert witnesses, financial deputies, therapists, and clinics to support evaluation, documentation, and funding decisions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into sales.
  • Build relationships with physiotherapists, clinics, and community organizations that support children with mobility challenges.
  • Participate in events, demonstrations, and community outreach to increase awareness of Trexo in the UK.
  • Provide feedback on market needs, customer questions, and barriers to adoption.
  • Work with Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, assistive technology, healthcare, or other high‑value direct sales environments.
  • Proven ability to sell directly to consumers (B2C) and guide customers through complex purchasing decisions.
  • Experience navigating funding, reimbursement, or access pathways for medical devices, rehabilitation technology, assistive technology, or other high‑value healthcare products.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with families.
  • Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred) and managing sales data.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the UK for customer meetings, demonstrations, and events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UK funding pathways, including NHS continuing care, personal health budgets, EHC‑related personal budgets, charity funding, or private funding.
  • Experience working with medico‑legal stakeholders such as case managers, expert witnesses, solicitors, or financial deputies.
  • Clinical background or familiarity with paediatric physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or assistive technology.

Work Authorization

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support work‑authorization applications. We can only consider candidates who already have the legal right to work in the UK.
